Refunds

We kindly advise that exchanges are the sole option available; refunds are not permitted for any orders placed. 

Exchanges 

Upon approval of a return request, we will promptly notify you upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Subsequently, should your exchange be approved, we will initiate the exchange process accordingly. Please note that exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. However, processing times may vary, and additional time may be required to finalize the exchange. Should more than 15 business days elapse after approval for an exchange, we encourage you to contact us at support@getalto.shop for further assistance.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
